Many workers are overworked due to overpromises, poorly estimated and pressured to accept timelines, and people leaving and never replaced,
CLUELESS MANAGEMENT,. Example.. Most Managers keep great employees stuck in dead end positions forever as long as those employees make the manager look good even if the employee deserves advancement and to move up. Management never changes. Same people same problems. No movement. Not agile. No career paths. You will probably stay in whatever position you get hired that is if you don't get let go one Friday.
LOW PAY FOR INDUSTRY, teeny raises, extremely expensive health care insurance if you have the family plan, they do not appreciate many loyal long term employees,
