Pros
The Exchange Lab is an exciting place to work for my first job in marketing - I get to wear many different hats and there's never a dull moment. Staff are really friendly and there's a great sense of camaraderie. Work hours are flexible and vacation time is very generous.
Cons
Could do with more social activities for interdepartmental team building. A few of the key members of the social committee moved on recently and it needs to be rebuilt.
