At Exchange4Media, HR doesn't respond to concerns. Decisions are made based on the founder moods. There's no safe channel for feedback, even something routine like hike, gets brushed off with "the mood isn't okay, come later. 1 founder has a history of telling people to get out of his room and swings btw extremes, while other treats staff poorly as a habit. Shouting & throwing tantrums are common. Unpaid dues are regular, if you quit, they try to block new opportunities. Think before u join.
