None this is one of the worst company to work for

everything from work place environment to how they treat their employees everything's worse literally will deduct your salary with no reason and blame you that it was a mistake made by you they owe me 1000 and they never reply

Work/life balance Choose your shifts

Lack of available work Bad communication Constant mix ups witht eh booking system, leading to 2-3 guards showing up for the same shift, meaning whoever goes home only gets paid for half a day(sure it's money for nothing, but still a a pain when work is scarce)
