Co-workers, and bosses both extremely helpful and understanding a very positive place to work.

I cannot think of any cons.

Very relaxed place to work. The people are friendly and fun. Family owned & treat you like family but don't meddle in your life. Bonus $ for working all assigned hours during rushes. Flexible hours for part time work

The work can be very hard physically especially during the Valentine Day & Mother's Day rush. Rush lasts 14 to 15 days & any job will wear you down because it is 8 to 10 hours everyday for the whole rush. See above - family owned & a little tight with things like $ & information about the business Pay outside of rush is ~ $11/hour so less that Walmart
