Repetitive , Micromanagement, Favoritism, Boring, low pay This is not design. Just working in AutoCAD all day. Extremely fast paced if busy. Management tends to respond to mistakes with a negative attitude, often pointing fingers rather than offering constructive support. This creates a stressful environment where employees may feel discouraged from learning or growing.
