Worst Company - Consultant Executive Tracks Associates Employee Review

If you're considering working for this company, run in the opposite direction. This has been hands-down one of the most toxic, unprofessional, and mismanaged places I’ve ever had the misfortune of working at. From day one, it was nothing but false promises, poor communication, and complete chaos. They talk big during the interview, but the reality is a complete disaster. There's zero proper training, no structure, and you're expected to magically deliver without any guidance or support. No respect for employees, constant micromanagement, and a culture of blame. HR is useless and only serves the leadership’s interests. If you raise concerns, you’ll be gaslighted, ignored, or targeted. there’s some shady internal politics going on. They overwork you without any appreciation, and if you dare to question anything, they make your life miserable. High attrition is normal here – most people don't last long, and now I understand why. It’s a soul-sucking environment that leaves you drained and demoralized. Honestly, this place is a joke, and calling it a "company" is an insult to real businesses. Do yourself a favor and stay away – whether you're a jobseeker or a potential employee. There are hundreds of better firms out there. Don’t waste your time, energy, or sanity here.

Joining this company has been one of my biggest career mistakes. The environment here is toxic, and the management clearly has no respect or value for their employees. From the moment you step in, you’re bombarded with an unrealistic amount of pressure and expectations with no regard for your personal well-being or work-life balance. There is absolutely no recognition for hard work, and no matter how much effort you put in, it goes unnoticed. Employees are treated like replaceable cogs in a machine, and their well-being is the last thing on management’s mind. The communication from higher-ups is almost nonexistent, and when it does happen, it’s often unclear, disorganized, and frustrating. Expectations are constantly changing, and no matter how hard you try to meet them, it’s never enough. The work culture is hostile, with little to no support from your superiors. It's clear that people are burnt out and struggling, but the company doesn’t seem to care. I regret ever considering this company. It's not just a job, it's a place where you’ll find yourself drained mentally and emotionally. The management is inept, there’s no room for growth, and the pressure will break you down. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If you value your mental health, career, and happiness, steer clear of this organization at all costs.
