Terrible - Anonymous employee Executrain Employee Review

I don't know if I can really come up with all of the cons to working here. Management at the top was terrible, they have no ability to properly manage a company. Paychecks were often late, even though we were only paid once a month while I worked there, do you have any idea how hard it is to live being paid monthly? Especially when the salaries are well below average for the field. Running our classrooms was next to impossible, we were constantly not getting bills like electricity paid on time, and even had the power shut off once in the middle of classes during the day. Maybe things have changed nowadays, but I have my doubts. The people were great though, I liked all my fellow employees.
