The mission of the company is to make complex drug products for treatment of both rare and common diseases. Our vaccine production is making a positive impact on public health during Covid pandemic. The company does a lot to show appreciation to employees. Leadership team is grounded and capable of managing through current growth phase.

Growing pains. We are constantly feeling the crunch of limited space and limited personnel, equipment, etc. to accommodate our explosive growth. Also recent acquisition of Exelead by Merck KGaA (Germany) bring a bit of uncertainty to the mix.

Great benefits. Great health coverage.

Upside down leadership. Upper management would rather look the other way than fix issues. Company now believe in hiring from the outside rather than internally. The HR department is suppose to help employees. Not attack them personally. Leadership looks the other way from the above. Lack of accountability. Lack of training for manufacturing personnel.
