Caring staff Good pay They really try to help you balance work and life schedule. Area that you cover is not too large.
Cons
Weekends need more nurses or they need to stop taking as many admits as we do. This way all patients get seen and the nurses don't always have to work more than 8 hrs on the weekends. We work 1 weekend every 4 weeks
