Small company. Convenient drive to office. Big parking lot. A lot of knowledge sharing. Everyone is willing to help solve problems. Pretty good work place environment. Growing company with lots of potential. Clean Office. Pay is better than most most AV companies. Company pays per diem at a really good rate. Good work/life Balance.

Smaller Company. Long term 401k match isn’t competitive (quarter percent match maxing at 2%) medical is pretty expensive. Will use personal vehicle a lot . Regular practice of a few obsolete processes.

Due to the company being small, you are able to build stronger relationships with coworkers which helps with culture.

The leader at the top will not allow you to provide and roll out good ideas unless it personally benefits him. If you’re looking for growth, this is not the company for you.
