Toxic environment - Anonymous employee Exibility Employee Review

CEO has excellent communication skills and is very flexible with employee needs. I appreciate the directness of the employees which makes for an excellent work environment for everyone who works there. There is no second-guessing situations with this company due to the clear and concise communications required by all. This is a company that has the right business mindset that will serve it well for customers and employees alike. Customers really get the care an attention that is necessary though this company. As an employee I have exposure and involvement to a multitude of processes. Working under highly skilled employees is an excellent benefit.

Nothing that I can think of.

Can negotiate decent pay. Personal office provided and located in the heart of Alamo, CA. Gas, lunch & health benefits.

Unprofessional & uninviting atmosphere. Management yells & curses employees with open doors. Owner pretends to be a friend one minute and acts inappropriately the next. Not a safe environment to learn, grow and thrive in. Owner reiterates that he doesn't hand off work to because he doesn't "trust" the employees. Has the "Nothing gets done right if I don't handle it" attitude. Often tests employees in tricky ways. Little to no training and speaks poorly about past and present employees.
