Verbally abusive managers, racist and sexist employees, salaried meaning no overtime pay, constant weekend work, unrealistic deadlines, obvious favoritism for certain teams, no work-life balance (emails from managers are from all hours of the day), dismissive HR, those with Masters degrees are subjected to entry level positions with no ability to advance their careers, pay under the national average, and overall an unwelcoming environment.
