It is very challenging work that forces you to become a very good tech. I loved how each day, brought something new and I was able to improve my tech skills. There is room to grow from starting on the help desk, to field work, to having dedicated clients, to project work. Outside of the tech work, it was a great opportunity to visit client sites and see the inner workings of all types of industry. When the tech work load becomes extra challenging, the management keeps you going. Management truly cares about making its clients happy and tries to make servicing them as efficient as possible with clear processes for tasks, near impeccable client documentation, and various tech resources to rely on.
