Some disconnect between corporate and manufacturing locations.

You get paid, reasonably tolerable with attendance, occasionally get free food.

Management likes to complain about budget then will spend said budget on things the shop doesn't actually need, The "big wigs" don't know what's going on 90% of the time and will have a meeting about a meeting for the sake of looking like they're doing something, plant manager is almost never on-site and only really shows up if something goes wrong. I could keep going but I feel that's enough.
