      Pros

      You get paid, reasonably tolerable with attendance, occasionally get free food.

      Cons

      Management likes to complain about budget then will spend said budget on things the shop doesn't actually need, The "big wigs" don't know what's going on 90% of the time and will have a meeting about a meeting for the sake of looking like they're doing something, plant manager is almost never on-site and only really shows up if something goes wrong. I could keep going but I feel that's enough.

      Pros

      The work is fast paced and can keep you busy. Usually don't have time to look at the clock most of the employees are friendly and easy to get along with

      Cons

      Bad management. The company seems to worry more about making the place look pretty and nice for the contractors when they come to visit then are about the safety of the employees and quality of the product. Presses break down a lot and it's like returning to high school but instead of teachers pet its the bosses pet and of course some employees apparently have no lives so they try to butt into yours
