Pros

Exodigo offers driven professionals the opportunity to take initiative and drive the trajectory of the company. It's a very exciting time to be here as we have just closed a strong Series B, and the US market continues to grow. There is deep sense of motivation, collaboration, and trust here that makes it a great place to work and to take one's career to the next level. The compensation and benefits are solid, and there's always opportunity for growth -- you just have to know where to look and take it.

Cons

Anyone who works here must thrive in a somewhat chaotic working environment. As with most startups, things can change rapidly and there are opportunities for efficiency gains and clarity.

Pros

My entire experience interviewing at Exodigo was great. From the initial outreach to my first day with team, I felt connected to everyone. I was reached out to via LinkedIn and when I had my first phone call with TA, I was able to see their professionalism and clear communication when it comes to expectations. As any startup, there is always a level of uncertainty but they did their best to keep me up to status. One phone interview turned to quickly 2 zoom interviews where I was able to meet my manager and the VP of HR. Despite being a global company, I felt even more connected to each of them. It is easy through a zoom interview to feel disconnected, but the culture here shows in their ability to connect and showcase their undivided attention through each interview. Once the offer was extended, it was a quick 2 week turnaround, where I still felt the connectivity. The cherry on top was the well thought out SWAG that was at my doorstep the first week of starting. I am so happy with the decision I made to join this company!

Cons

It is up to you to connect with your peers. The managers are very hands off which can be a challenge in itself in a remote environment.
