No life balance and toxic environment - Retail Sales Assistant Exotic Group Employee Review

Management is incomprehensible to understand and they expect you to work even if you're sick. Many employees quit, so they are always hiring new people. It gets worse in December because they close late ( after midnight to make their target, and the van ride home can take over two hours since they also pick up students during the holiday season. If you need a job, this place might work, but don't expect to grow or get a good salary. This is the worst company I've ever worked for, with a toxic environment where they always promote family members or their favorite employees.
