Good salaries, extraordinary 401k. nice working environment. Much better Executive Management with lots of financial transparency and willingness to keep employees in the "know" so good or bad you'll know what's going to happen. Great efforts in leadership developmentioned at all levels.
Cons
Not much room for advancement within department or to other plays. The subjective perform evaluation has created lots of issues
