Opportunities if you play well, bad atmosphere - Sr. Marketing Project Manager Expandi Group Employee Review

Netpartnering is a boutique Digital Marketing Agency that specializes in Channel Marketing for HP, IBM, Microsoft and other Computer / Technology companies. You have to be adaptable and hard working and sometimes long hours are required. Each employee has a lot of responsibility but with that also comes a lot of autonomy. We're an open office and although that can be distracting sometimes, most of the time, it's nice to socialize at work and it contributes to our close relationships. Every couple of months we have a fun off-site activity.

The US branch sometimes feels a little isolated and separate from the rest of the Expandi Group branches overseas. Our Director is in California and it would be nice if she was in Boise instead so we could meet in person more.
