Growing company with a great team - Software Engineer Expanse Employee Review

Qadium has an engineering team with a great personality and very driven people. My coworkers are like my family and some of the smartest people I know. Food is provided lunch and dinner :D (except no lunch on wednesdays) Work hours are pretty reasonable (at least for engineers), so I'm not sure why all the reviews are saying the hours are very long. Perhaps they are from a different function.
