Pros

Some of the people employees are great to work with especially if you are in a younger age group

Cons

Many of the employees especially management are terrible to work with. As mentioned in one of the earlier reviews you will be behind before you even sit down at work due to the incredibly low staffing for the amount of work that needs done. Not to mention you could work at Aldi‘ s or Costco and possibly make more money than than the starting salary at this company. It is far below the industry standard but yet they will say it is competitive. Also, you will not have all of the tools you will need to complete the job for the amount of clients this company handles. All computers when I was working there were configured manually for the client due to no imaging tools. Management will belittle you for small minor mistakes or if a customers feels that they are not satisfied even if you completed there request. This place is the embodiment of stress. Look elsewhere as IT jobs are relatively easy to come by. You will leave this place with high blood pressure.

Pros

Exposed to everything provided as a service. Opportunity to learn at an accelerated rate compared to in-house IT. Leadership team is good! Nice atmosphere.

Cons

Not to blow smoke, but can't really think of anything. Depending on position, work/life balance might be an issue but I believe those spots are compensated.

Pros

Solid leadership that overall cares about the people and the company. Employee engagement is executed well. Exceptional customer service that leads to client trust and loyalty. Collaborative environment- if you have a problem, most people will go out of their way to help you learn. Professional environment Annual performance-based promotions Generous annual bonuses

Cons

Company policies aren’t always followed or are changed with no notice. Growth is slow - promotions are seen as “past-due” and reflect what you’ve already been doing for months to years. Non-technical dispatchers cause frustration and work slowdown. High turnover rate due to below-market salaries (unfortunately this is most MSPs, not just ETS).
