Pros
Definitely an excellent experience for a design student who doesn't fully understand the working world. The multidisciplinary environment allows one to broaden their learning experience. Because it is a rather small studio, the team worked together very closely, everyone was kind and willing to help. Working in Expedio gives you the opportunity to connect with other small design firms in KL ( but you have to be outgoing).
Cons
Be prepared to be doing things that are completely out of your job scope, tasks can sometimes be random and super last minute. Sometimes, Expedio fails to stick to their original plans, always making last minute changes. The studio also lacks senior staff members, majority of the people were interns. So there are some times, you were on your own because there just wasn't enough people to guide you.
