Pros

After 17+ years in the industry and multiple companies, I can confidently say this has been one of the best organizations I've had the privilege to work for. Leadership & Culture The founder is genuinely invested in the growth of both the company and its people. The culture here is entirely different from run-of-the-mill companies—it's centered on nurturing individual growth while involving everyone in the company's journey. The Work The work is cutting-edge. Teams integrate AI with Salesforce and CPQ, and everyone is encouraged to use AI to boost productivity. Innovation is not just welcomed—it's expected. People are encouraged to experiment and present their ideas. Rituals That Matter There are thoughtful practices that keep the team connected: Wednesday growth sessions, Friday gratitude meetings, and Monday morning all-hands where the entire company comes together. Flexibility Work-from-home provides the flexibility to work at your own pace and maintain a healthy work-life balance. The People People are the biggest asset of this organization. You'll find highly technical, high-agency individuals working alongside you—and that environment genuinely helps you become a better version of yourself. I'm grateful I got the chance to be part of this team.

Cons

It can get chaotic at times - though I've come to realize that's usually a sign of a company that's evolving and pushing boundaries.

Pros

1. Access to the latest tools and technologies. 2. Completely remote work environment with the flexibility to work from anywhere. 3. Great learning opportunities, especially in the AI domain. 4. Opportunity to take full ownership and responsibility for your work. 5. Good exposure to a wide range of technology stacks and projects

Cons

1. The company does not sponsor professional certifications; employees need to pay for them out of pocket. 2. You may be assigned work outside your core domain, so flexibility is required. 3. For employees based in the USA, there is no 401(k) company match. 4. There can be occasional micromanagement.
