Terrible management - always make people overtime working. Work more than 14 hours during peek days (about 1/3 year like that!) with little compensation and bonus. - that makes turn over rate high - HR has problem in hiring, possibly no one is willing to work overtime frequently Low paid - workload is one person doing two people’s work but the paid isn’t double. OT compensation is extremely low. Slow progression in career path - so they can keep people low pay
