Pros

Better for Freshers for new start and to work under pressure with improving there skills

Cons

1. The company is still largely working on outdated technology, primarily Struts 1. 2. It is a poor workplace for experienced professionals and for those who want to work with a modern technology stack. 3. Unethical internal politics are prevalent, especially if you are not a management favorite. 4. Management does not allow employees to take leave when genuinely required. 5. The company deducts the bond amount monthly during the bond period and takes 3–4 months or may be more to return employees’ own money even after successful completion of the bond. 6. Unfair practices are used to remove employees by placing them under a Performance Improvement Program (PIP) and then pressuring them to resign within a few days, after which the bond amount is not returned on the grounds of resignation. 7. The co-founder frequently interferes in daily work and closely monitors every employee’s activities. 8. There is a lack of professionalism—most work decisions are made verbally, and there is no proper documentation regarding product development done with system architecture. 9. Most of the time management will make you resign and also will release you within 10 days prior notice before a week. If you genuinely need to release early for new job they will make you complete notice period of 3 months. 10. If you are released within few days still company will waste 5 to 6 months to clear FNF settlement. 11. There is no work life balance at all. You will be expected to complete all the task will perfection within there timeline which can be half of actual timeline wheather you work for day and night no one cares also no extra timeline for deployment and testing, it should be completed within development timeline. 12. Not even Clients are happy with company's product. 13. We cannot even expect to get proper drinking water as for company there are home filters installed, most of the people buy there own water bottles. 14. Events are done just for the sake of publicity that too after office time.

Pros

As a fresher, I have completed my tasks within the given timeline. The company uses a virtual system with limited memory, which results in slow performance. Additionally, there is no proper facility for drinking water. There is no extra pay for working on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and work beyond regular working hours. The company uses SVN instead of more modern tools like GitHub, and We often need to write the same code across multiple workspaces. which makes the process more complicated. Additionally, we depend on a separate implementation team to deploy code to UAT and production Environment

Cons

Freshers are offered a good package and receive good support from the college.
