Pros
Willingness to address issues. Big focus on right culture fit for people. Things have been bad in the past with wrong fit employee's, and people who did not understand culture. Probably the best MSP for culture and work/life understanding.
Cons
Decisions can be slow to be made. Some employees seem to be kept around even though they are not a fit. Compensation concerns are being worked on.
