Manejas tu disponibilidad segun tus necesidades

Cons

Los tours quedan para el grupo de amigos, te tratan como si fueras un empleado a tiempo completo. Piden colaboracion para hacer videos o contenido para la pagina de ellos, sin tener ningun detalle de agradecimiento. Falta de organizacion y comunicacion. El registro de los pasajeros en la app, no siempre funciona

Cons

During the slow period, hardly none to any tours. Rain, snow, sleet, hail, we always give tours.

Pros

Well organized. Easy to keep track of scheduling and tasks. Nice online community communication tools.

Cons

This is a good company that used to pay well, but there has been no or few raises of pay over the past 5 or even 10 years, so it is now a company that pays the same or less than its competitors. It also has become much more corporate-like and less personable (I guess the price of success).
