Pros
1. The only pro to this office is that you can pretend to type any rubbish on your laptop and the boss and his wife (who watches everything you do) will think you are working.
2. 30 minute lunch break.
3. Come at 10 and leave at 7pm.
Cons
This is a con-job office. So it has lots of cons.
1. Salary is hardly paid on time. It might be paid on the 10th and recently, only a portion of the salary was paid.
2. The boss, Bhavesh Pitroda, acts like he is doing you a favor by paying you. If you argue, he will say this is how startups are. But he has no idea about how to build a company.
3. Telephone line was cut because the payment was not made once.
4. Vendors and freelance service providers keep calling for money. Ex-employees come to the office asking for money. And Bhavesh gives them some assurance, but rarely their money. On top of it, he keeps hiring more people.
5. You will be selected for one job, but then you will be made to do everything else, which is no where related to your job.
6. Money is siphoned from the company's account to the owner's wife account.
7. If you talk with the other colleagues a lot, the boss' wife gets suspicious and reports to Bhavesh. And then they will start acting funny. If you are female, they will start character assassination.
