Toxic Work Environment - Anonymous employee Experimental Drug Development Centre Employee Review

Higher Management team have no experience in the field and make very bad decisions on projects. There is a high amount of bullying and encourage a very toxic environment (Calling out or sabotaging others). CEO acts like a dictator. The higher management is so insular and they choose to only trust "consultants" with no real background instead of their own staff with decades of experience. So many good scientists left as a result.
