I have nothing but positive remarks about this company, as it provides agents with genuine opportunities for growth, offering compensation that is particularly beneficial for those who are new to the industry. While I recognize that experiences may vary depending on the individual recruiter, it is unfortunate to hear that some have had negative encounters. However, this company truly values its new agents, and this is evident through the extensive back-office support provided to us.

A potential challenge is that success requires a strong commitment to effort and the discipline to actively seek out and engage with potential prospects. If you don't have that type of discipline you wont make it.
