Pros

They often have coveted MS projects in which you'll work with some of the best people. Wage is usually competitive.

Cons

No one likes being laid off. It happens. After part of a successful program Experis offered to extend our insurance for a month after our last day. A few days before our end date they start have HR call everyone individually with no information about our extended insurance. In fact HR hadn't heard anything about this from anyone. No one had tried to put anything like this in place. Turns out management lied to us to placate us until the contract ended and in our final days tried to brush it under the rug. When found out when our true insurance end date was they made no attempt to contact and apologizes to the team or offer any compensation. On our final day we had to beg for updates which came very slowly and reluctantly. At Experis you are a Cog in the machine. You can and will be replaced. It is only a matter of your immediate value.

Pros

Helpful executive leadership that is willing to roll up their sleeves, provide clarity to entire organization and help anywhere needed. Great people who are passionate about what they do for our clients and consultants.

Cons

Opportunity to improve our GTM strategy, but we are making huge strides in the right direction to really make an impact with our consultants and clients. Mindset on the team can be down in a tough industry, but we are doing everything we can to keep the energy positive and pivoting our strategy to grow in other areas and ways.

Pros

Remote work. Also, if you get with the right team, it can be a supportive amazing group of people to work with.

Cons

When I started, there were employees that had a lot of tenure. I thought I would be with them long term. Leadership changed and the last several years, more and more tentured people are being let go. Everyone is stretched thin and overworked.
