Thank you for taking the time to provide the feedback. I am so sorry to hear that you're not having a great time at Expert360 right now. I'm really interested to know what you mean by "if your face doesn't fit with management". We work super hard to make Expert360 an open and inclusive environment for all, so I am surprised and disappointed to hear about your experience but even more eager to understand what this means to you. I encourage you to either speak with your Manager or myself directly. If we hired you, you and your opinions are far more valued and needed than you feel right now - I hope we can fix this.
