Comp plan is a total lie, they promise 40-50k at plan with uncapped commission , the most that anyone has ever made is 1-2k, no this isn’t a typo. They changed the bonus structure 3 times in 2019 just to avoid paying us, then told us after Q4 that the fiscal year was different than the calendar year, this was not in the contract nor was ever told to us. We threatened to sue and they gave us a pity payout of a few hundred bucks for Xmas. If you like working 6-7 day work weeks when requested last minute to do trades shows (1-2 a month) work here. Terrible management team who threatens your job if you the numbers are low. They have zero sales strategy and rely on schmoozing and treading along the gray area of the sunshine act.
