Pros Ghanta 1) I worked here more than 4 years and these are my worst years of my life. 2) Too much work pressure, they even force you to work on weekend holidays. 3) High level of politics in this company. 4) Blind & direction less management they listen only flattery persons. 5) Hire & Fire Policy. 6) As a salary Company gives you chillers and treat you like a slave even some times they 7) All projects in ASP which are too old ,nothing here to learn don't waste your time here its better for you to open your .grocery shop. 8) Stability level zero.
