      Pros

      Great experience and environment, plus a fun team!! Your opinion or suggestion is always valued and there is plenty of room for growth or to venture into different roles you are interested in. The team is always happy and willing to assist where they can, i learnt so much throughout my time here.

      Cons

      Nothing really, just a revolving event schedule to keep on top of which keeps you busy!! (To be expected working in events)

      None. Typing to hit the word count

      Stay away. This business is family owned and run but management have ridiculous egos with the belief that being direct equals speaking to people rudely. The ego and stubbornness of management breeds a toxic workplace with the belief that anything they do or micromange I should say is gospel truth when not even in their realm or department. Any reviews with 5 stars are either delusional or are by the exact people that are the issue

      Abaolutely amazing family owned company to work for. They really do encourage a postive and healthy working environment where you are encourage to deliver high class events with passion and pride
