Honestly - nothing. You start out thinking it's going to be great, but quickly goes downhill

Micromanaging is horrible, lots of favouritism to certain staff but it changes on a whim as soon as a mistake is made. Owner yells at staff. Team gets pitted against each other. Honestly was one of the worst places I ever worked, dreaded going to work everyday.

Work is not too heavy. No micromanaging with your time

Management resistant to change. Lots of bureaucracy. No bonuses or performance incentives.
