I am sorry to hear that this is your experience of our company and would sincerely like to get in contact in order to understand what has happened. We act in a dynamic market and needs sometimes to make persons redundant in order to survive as a company. This is not what we want but something we are forced to. We look at all employees as long-term investments, people that can grow with us in the company. This journey is sometimes interrupted due to external factors that we cannot affect. We have a good relationship with the Union and they understand our situation when the times are bad. We do always follow the union laws and tries always to find solutions that focuses on helping the persons who gets affected by redundancies.
