- sometime there is nothing do to; - projects are given and taken by the client, you never have a stable project; - repetitive tasks, depending on the project; - very low wages, the only thing differentiating an efficient employee and a lazy employee is the performance bonus, which is given rarely; - very low chances of promoting due to the fact that the client choses who advances and they don't know alot about you
