Good health, life, dental and pension benefits,

Cons

Career progression is very much focused on the client site experience and billable cost to Expleo, limited to placement as opposed to personal ability. You won't get promoted unless you're doing the job six months+ billable, which is solely dependant on the client placement Expleo put you on, so not achievable to many. Large growth in the company since the merger from SQS to Expleo, leaving people with a slower road to career progression than before. Very much client placement focused, than employee satisfaction or progression.

Pay is alright and you're treated like a full time employee if you work hard

Cons

Benefits aren't the greatest but they're better than nothing.

Not all team members are from th exame location so communication is a little hard
