One of the standout aspects of working here is the team. The people here are genuinely skilled, friendly, and supportive, creating a great atmosphere that makes coming to work each day enjoyable. There’s a strong sense of collaboration and fellowship, which is hard to find and definitely something I value in my day-to-day work.
Cons
On the downside, recent changes in company policies have led to a noticeable reduction in some of the perks and benefits that were previously offered. These small but valuable extras added to our work-life balance and made the workplace more enjoyable, so their absence is felt. Additionally, while the salary is fair, it's not particularly competitive, especially given the industry standards. This combination—limited benefits and average compensation—has started to make me consider other opportunities that might better align with my career and financial goals.
