Pros
No pros that I can think of.
Cons
You will be exploited. You will not be paid fairly. You will given impossible amounts of work and not paid appropriately. Nepotism and favoritism. You will see people in this work who should never have been hired. You will work alongside people who should have been fired a long time ago. You will lose motivation seeing that some people are untouchable based on their relationships. You will have some truly awful transactional and belittling "leaders". Micromanagement, rampant distrust and principals who rule by control, command and fear and who deep down are threatened by strong women. Poor, bloated network leadership that allows an entire school to run for 4 months and then announces before Christmas that it is closing in June. A CEO who walks into the closing school to deliver the news and walks out never to be seen again. Out of touch leader who doesn't know people's names with no vision, empathy or results. Finance and HR departments are absolute trash. They hired a COO and then he mysteriously left.
