      Pros

      Strong safety culture. Flat org structure. You are never too far from the top. Family values and atmosphere. Competitive pay, great leadership, and my input is valued. Explorer has never had a reduction in force.

      Cons

      I can't think of any. I really like it here. I would only leave this company to find job in a location that I prefer more.

      Pros

      Company spends a lot of money on food and entertainment, events and perks

      Cons

      It's not what you know, it's who you know. A lot of favoritism, zero room for growth, very low pay for the workload, and if you even think about addressing an issue, you are DONE. The rules apply to some, but not all. The board really needs to do an audit on the spending habits, they blow money while the company stays in the red. A lot of waste and abuse.
