Pros

This Company really cares about their training, setting you up with your own mentor and daily training and goals activities. They really take the time to make sure you can handle the work load and do monthly reviews to make sure everything is going well! They do Company outings with their employees and bi-weekly Team Building Nights at places like Top Golf or even doing a Wine-by-Design Night! Everyone there is really friendly, so you really can't have a bad day. Just keeping a good attitude will get you far in this company, as is with any company you work with! There is no "cold calling" involved which is really awesome, in my opinion! It is a really rewarding position, being able to help people find their next career path, and there is are fast internal growth possibilities which are endless, there is not a ceiling in this position! Meaning you can just keep adding to your responsibilities and adding to your Title, gaining more experience and self-worth and knowledge with each Growth period!

Cons

It's hard work, but that is going to go with the territory. If you are willing to be a hard worker to gain the payoff then you will excel at this job! The hours can be long in the beginning, but once you get the hang of the work load, they become normal hours.

Pros

I went into the interview at Exposure Events and was given an opportunity. The team at Exposure Events is so supporting and motivating. I have grown so much personally and professionally within the months I have been here. Not to mention the travel opportunity! So far in the few months I have been with the company, we've been to the Bahamas, Dallas, Denver, Chicago, California and more. Everyone has the same opportunity and determines their own success in the business. I look at it as getting paid for top notch business and marketing school! I have a double major in business and marketing and I have not learned nearly close to the amount I have learned with Exposure.

Cons

Some of the challenges working here are the hours, especially when not understanding the opportunity or sometimes forget about the opportunity. Everyone's biggest challenge is being able to switch from an employee to entrepreneur mindset. I soon realized it's putting the time in now for time later. Also, no one is alone through the challenges. To be honest, the challenges are what make the positives that much more rewarding.

Pros

Gaines some experience in HR

Cons

this company lies to make people think they are being hired for a different job than they are. They advertise under many different names. They also did not pay me once I put in my notice
