Pros

I loved learning this new skill set. I have years of customer service skills under my belt, and I was fortunate enough to learn a new system and was able to assist in helping people stay in their homes due to the Government program. You have to learn something new every day and the management always was looking for new ways in processing the applications faster. I loved working for Express because they were very understanding especially if you had something come up in your personal life, all you had to do is call them to let them know what was going on. Keeping your employer up to date on things is very necessary and will allow them to work with you. The weekly pay was great and appreciated.

Cons

Come to work prepared every day. You are hired to do a job, calling in all the time is not needed in the workplace. There really is no con about working with the Express team. They are professional and understand that you are human also.

Pros

I have a hard time saying anything good about this place. If I had to say something, there was room to grow into different positions.

Cons

Small office space Toxic workplace Gossiping constantly about one another When I was given something to do with socials, I was told Im not doing enough for recruiting. Would switch to solely focus on recruiting and then told Im not doing enough for socials. I was always put in a lose lose situation with what was expected of me in my job. I was threatened over a parking space. When I tried talking to management I was dismissed. Unprofessionalism, coworkers would openly talk bad about candidates. With a small office space everyone can hear including people who came into interview. Highly disorganized I could go on and on...
