One of the things I value most is the freedom to organize my own day. The company lives by a motto: “If you can’t go back and relive that moment, then you need to go experience it.” That mindset shapes everything we do. They care about my family on a level that’s hard to describe—it’s not just professional support, it’s personal commitment.
Cons
The staffing industry is tough working with people from all walks of life. Need to hit numbers to get sales. Very little lay down sales in the industry especially today.
