Everyone from the top down is lying. They lie to employees, salespeople, installers and most of all, customers. They lie about the value. The flooring is not close out commercial flooring. It is very poor quality flooring that they always have coming in on orders. The close out bit is a hook to make you think it’s almost gone and you must buy immediately. They will continue to call “the manager” to get price deductions until you buy. If you don’t buy, they will call you days later with a very low price. Warranty is not worth the paper it’s printed on. They take any and all mistakes (no matter who is at fault) out of your commission . They target people who don’t know any better or do not have good credit. You will leave every appointment feeling like you need a shower to cleanse your soul. If you like taking advantage of old and uninformed customers, this is the place for you.
