Our management team is exceptional. They are easy to approach and have a great deal of knowledge to use as a resource. I also love that they give me freedom to self manage. We have a casual yet professional atmosphere which allows the employees to work in a micro-manage free environment. Additionally they offer paid medical and assistance with HSA, paid time off and a flexible schedule.

Because we are a young company the growth can be a challenge at times and our high transactional processes does get to be a handful.
