Coming straight from uni I never expected work to be this fun. I can honestly say that every day in the office is a laugh! Starting in the academy alongside other graduates was an enjoyable experience from start to finish and meant that we formed extremely close bonds. These bonds expanded to the rest of the company who immediately made us feel welcome and showed an interest in our progression and success. Top perks: - Receive training from the best – including sales directors and founders of the company. - Every day is different! Typically 2 days out of the office a week. - Fun site visits to manufacturers, vending machine exhibitions, Lavazza tasting/ training days. - Great rewards: uncapped commission, sales trip abroad, work socials and sponsored events. Express Vending really care about their staff and are extremely understanding. Having only worked here for a few months I feel I have developed as a person and that I have a great network of support around me.
Cons
The only negative i can think of is the location of the office in Hemel Hempstead, but i shouldn't complain really ... 25 minutes on the train and you are in Euston!! Good in a way because it means during office days you escape the madness of the city.
