Great people hindered by ineffective management - Anonymous employee ExpressVPN Employee Review

C-level are so out of touch with reality, management couldn't manage a coffee machine yet alone a team. It blows my mind daily what happens internally, They consistently change KPI's and what they want from us almost on a daily basis, the support is 0 to none. I really feel like I'm on a episode of Punked, because there is no way this company actually works, after seeing what goes on internally. I wish I read Glassdoor before accepting a Job here. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
